Client testimonials

"Finally, a gym culture where everyone is welcome."

"As a female amputee, finding a trainer who truly understands my needs is essential, and Coach Brandon exceeded my expectations. He took the time to learn what I could do, adapted movements when needed, and always made me feel capable and supported, never awkward.

His patience and encouragement helped me build real confidence in the gym, not just strength. He knows when to push and when to meet you where you are, making every workout productive. Workouts are fun, never boring, and even in small group settings he gives each client individual attention. Expect to smile (and maybe even laugh out loud) while meeting your goals with Coach Brandon."

Lee Kuxhaus

"Coach Brandon didn't rush the process or try to force the process. He took the time to understand my history, my limitations, and what my body was actually doing. For the first time in over a decade, I started gaining real range of motion without pain or setbacks.

He built a smart, intentional plan focused on mobility, stability and restoring movement the right way. More importantly, I learned how to move again with confidence instead of compensating and hoping for the best. If you've been living with an injury you've accepted as permanent, Brandon is the kind of trainer who can help you rewrite your story. Knowledgeable, patient and locked in on long-term results. I can't recommend him enough."

Michael Thomas

"Coach Brandon didn't just help me get stronger, he helped me believe in myself again. He listened, adjusted, and still knew when to push me just enough. With his guidance, I broke through barriers I honestly thought were permanent. I feel like I can trust my body again. I move different now and I'm more confident."

Are your programs suitable for beginners?

Everyone starts somewhere, and walking into a gym can feel intimidating. We start with a strong foundation (proper movement and form) so you train safely and confidently while still being challenged to grow. Here, no one goes at it alone.
