"I was a college athlete who played basketball at a high level before going on to play professionally in Europe. After my time overseas, I had the opportunity to attend an NBA combine in Orlando, Florida an experience that represented the peak of everything I had worked for.
Unfortunately, a series of injuries changed the direction of my career and prevented me from continuing to play professionally. Losing the game I loved was one of the most difficult moments of my life, but it also forced me to discover who I was beyond basketball.
Determined to keep moving forward, I enlisted in the United States Military. During my service and deployment, I again faced physical setbacks after sustaining several injuries early on. Experiencing repeated surgeries, rehabilitation, and long recovery periods showed me how quickly even the strongest body can change and how easy it is to lose your sense of identity when your physical abilities are taken away.
Instead of letting those challenges defeat me, I found a new purpose. I became deeply interested in physical fitness, rehabilitation, and human performance. I decided to pursue certification in personal training, not just as a career, but as a mission. I realized that many people athletes, service members, and everyday individuals struggle with injuries, setbacks, and the fear of never feeling “strong” again.
I know firsthand what it feels like to be in the best shape of your life, to lose it, and to fight to regain it after surgery and setbacks. I understand the frustration, the doubt, and the temptation to give up. That is why I am passionate about helping others rebuild their bodies and confidence through smart, safe, and purposeful training.
As a trainer, my goal is not just to help people look better but to help them move better, feel stronger, and change the course of their lives through physical fitness. Your past does not define your future, and your injuries do not have to be the end of your story. They can be the beginning of something greater."

Sara
I come from a strong athletic background, having played soccer through college until a torn lateral meniscus ended my season. During my recovery from surgery, I discovered a deep appreciation for the healing process. Rehabilitation became more than just physical therapy it sparked my passion for exercise recovery and performance.
During this time, I turned to boxing as both a form of training and therapy, and quickly fell in love with the athleticism, discipline, and mental strength the sport demands.
Driven by my love for sports and my desire to help others become stronger and healthier, I earned my Personal Training Certification through ISSA in 2021.
Returning to the ring, I became an amateur boxer and boxing trainer in 2021. I later expanded my skill set through mixed martial arts, where I thrived in the competitive environment and assisted in training fighters throughout their fight camps.
Most recently, I began training again with a professional boxer and adopted a hybrid approach to fitness combining strength training with running and preparing for half marathons.
I truly enjoy being part of someone’s fitness journey and helping them shift their mindset and lifestyle through coaching and meal planning. I would be honored to work with you."
